Each order should provide a date required. For urgent cases, it needs special arrangement. A full list of all work required with full instructions including patient's name, work description, position of tooth/teeth, color (Vita shade guide), or any special requirement. 2 years guarantee for all case except original order changed. Delay due to any unforeseen event will be informed by fax or e-mail one day before the due date. Parcel transported by DHL/UPS/Fedex unless specified. Remakes and Adjustments All remakes must be accompanied by the original processed crown/bridge. Adjustment and remake case is very rare. However, remakes are serviced at no cost within the guarantee period.
