Material: Ivoclar™ emax Lithium disilicate glass-ceramic ingot with strength of 530 MPa

Method: Digitally designed, milled and glazing, no porcelain added-on

• Machined in a “soft” intermediate state, undergoes manual adjustment and cut-back

• Check the fitting

• Crystallized at 840–870 °C. (approx. 20mins)

 

Advantages:

• Monolithic to reinforce high fracture toughness

• Minimally invasive restorations

• Three levels of translucency for maximum flexibility

• Adhesive, self-adhesive or conventional cementation depending on the indication

• Can be supported by a hand held scanner

 

Usage:

• INLAYS, ONLAYS, VENEERS, SINGLE CROWNS 

• BRIDGES OF MAX 3 UNIT IN THE ANTERIOR AND PREMOLAR REGION ONLY 

• NO BRIDGES IN THE MOLAR REGION OR LONGER THAN 3 UNITS
